A Journey of a Thousand Miles, Begins with a Single Step...

Creativity has always sparkled around in my soul; From years of private art lessons, to high school woodworking, from Bob Ross Oil Classes, to Chalk Paint Instructional courses. However, like many artists, I was deterred from following a career, as the death of confidence via comparison and the coined term, 'starving artist' set in.

Years later, with confidence rooted within me, I decided to take a leap of faith; I started building inventory, and taking business classes at the college! I quickly and quietly learned that no school can teach like the process of obsessively creating; The more you use, the more you have.

My vision and art started to merge and 6 months later, I excitedly opened my online shop, North Soul Studios, to an outpouring of support!

It's taken time to find my niche, but there is truly a lane for everyone, in art and life. This is my lane, where those two things have also merged. I have inspiration all around me, in the beauty of mountains, nature, conversations, and love; I ride that energy in every project I create.

I create from my Backyard Studio, where my OCD and respect for the messiness of art, have created a uniquely delicious and organized shop that, with a little faith, trust and pixie dust, will spread love wherever my items go...
